Join us at PAUS., a serene oasis in Cambridgeshire, inspired by the Scandinavian philosophy of balance. Leave behind everyday stress and distractions and let us take care of you.
THE DAY
YOGA
Our day begins with a gentle, somatic, movement practice to settle and arrive. Time to tune inwards, to check in with what your body has to say and create space around the mind clutter to land in a peaceful, settled, and calm state of being.
LUNCH
Post yoga, enjoy a wholesome lunch at the Hilltop Bistro, featuring homegrown, seasonal delights for body and soul.
BATHING
At PAUS., the highlight is the invigorating bathing experience. After lunch, luxuriate in the outdoor spa: hot tubs, a Finnish sauna, and drinks served to you. For an invigorating touch, experience the cold bucket shower and cool plunge pool.
SOUND BATH
At the end of the day, we gather in the yoga shala for restorative yoga and sound bath. Let the soothing tones carry you to a place of profound relaxation and clarity.

Arrival – from 10h15, yoga class starts at 10h30
Departure – the event finishes at 17h30

We encourage you to carshare when possible and will help to put you in touch with fellow retreat guests to coordinate arrangements.
By Car
You’ll find PAUS. in your GPS. Look out for the pink PAUS. signs as you approach.
By Bus
From Cambridge City Centre. Whippet Bus 18, takes approx 30-40 minutes. Request the stop with the driver ‘Toft Road/Cambridge Country Club’, outside our doorstep.
By Train
From Cambridge Rail Station: Take any bus from the station towards City Centre, OR take a 10 minute walk to Bus 18 stop at Catholic Church (CB2 1JR) info as above.

£70 deposit due upon booking, balance due by 22nd December 2024
