Pippa Moss

YOGA TEACHER & FREEDIVER

Pippa has been exploring movement for many years, having trained as a dancer, as well as becoming competent at capoeira, and even trying her hand at parkour. She has deep roots and innate knowledge in movement. Pippa left her corporate job in 2014 and never looked back. An office job was not for her! Since her first yoga teacher training with Simon Low in 2015, Pippa has continued to deepen her studies at in person trainings with Dr. Paul Dallaghan, Sri O. P. Tiwari, Donna Farhi, Doug Keller, among others. She has been teaching internationally since 2018.
Pippa loves helping people to reconnect to a freedom of movement and breath using up to date scientific and anatomical principals and believes that a dedicated and sincere practice can lead to spiritual revelations and peace of mind.  Her classes will lead you through an intelligently sequenced practice combining traditional yoga asana alongside modern movement techniques, informed by sound anatomical and biomechanical knowledge.
She also loves to freedive, a sport which combines breathwork and meditation in a way that intimately connects you to yourself and the ocean. One day she hopes to bring this to a Peaceful Warriors Retreat. Watch this space!

Anthony Heilmann

STUNTMAN & SHIATSU THERAPIST

Anthony is a professional stunt man, a volunteer firefighter, a kung fu black belt, a shiatsu masseuse, a qualified Oxygen Advantage Coach, and an all-round mover! He has a regular movement practice which includes yoga, martial arts, and natural movement. Yet none of these things define him.
Anthony is a human with deep compassion, and a passion for learning and helping others. Nature is his way, believing in power over force.
He loves to use the great outdoors as his gym and is passionate about helping you to connect movement practices to nature, challenge your limits, and have fun!

Jo Moss

CIRCUS ARTIST & ACTOR

Jo is a professionally trained circus artist and actor, having attended one of the top circus schools in the world, ESAC, and completed a Master’s degree at RADA in London. His affinity for playful movement was clear from an early age and he has been performing internationally ever since.
Jo is a natural teacher and has been leading workshops around the world for many years, to both professionals and ‘normal people’. His ability to make everyone in the room feel welcome and at ease, no matter your starting point is a true gift. Expect the unexpected and you are sure to leave with new friends and a big smile on your face. 

Veronika Pongracz

YOGA TEACHER & SOUND THERAPIST

Veronika is passionate about sound and music and brings this to our events in the form of gong baths and music therapy. Following 12 years of classical piano training, she discovered Tibetan signing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. She now teaches workshops and regular classes in London.
Veronika is an avid traveller and has taken opportunities to train with many well-respected teachers around the world. As well as specialising in sound-based practices, she also delved deeper into mindfulness-based meditation practices and yoga nidra (sleep meditation). She found these practices particularly useful in her own life and now enjoys integrating these tools into her classes to share the benefits with others.

Matt Saro

AROMATHERAPIST & TCM PRACTITIONER

Matt travelled the world for 17 years, working as a pharmacist in 5 therapeutic areas: cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, oncology and neuroscience.
In 2012, his life changed when he was introduced to the practice and science of Yoga. He became interested in other ways to approach health and wellbeing and subsequently trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and medical Aromatherapy.
He now offers aromatherapy consultations within the framework of TCM from his clinic in Paris, as well as participating in workshops and retreats across France.
