WHO AM I?
My name is Anthony. 36 years young.
I have been training on an everyday basis for more than 20 years. As a professional stuntman and former firefighter, I had to reach a high level of fitness and movement abilities to keep up with the demands of these intense jobs.
For the last 10 years, I have also been sharing my experience with individuals and professionals through 1-to-1 coachings, group classes and various events to help them move and feel at their best.
My mission and passion is to help you reach a state of great physical, mental and spiritual well-being through movement.
