Playful movement games to awaken your body and connect with others in a fun and meaningful way
Learn and practice some Pranayama techniques to regulate your nervous system at will

What is the movement session about?
The movement session is a dynamic and playful exploration rooted in disciplines such as animal movement, martial arts, and gymnastics. Designed to awaken the body and enhance mobility, strength, and body awareness, it encourages you to connect with yourself and others through engaging movement games.
Breathwork, what to expect?
The breathwork session is a guided exploration of some simple Pranayama (yogic breathing) techniques.
Through controlled breathing patterns, you will learn to harness the power of your breath to cultivate focus, release tension, and access a state of calm resilience. This practice serves as a bridge between movement and cold exposure, preparing the body and mind for the next stages of the retreat.
Ice... in my bath? Why would I do that?
Stepping into an ice bath can be challenging at first, but the benefits make it well worth the effort. The initial shock quickly gives way to a deep sense of clarity and calm as your body adjusts. Physically, the cold helps reduce inflammation, ease muscle soreness, and speed up recovery. Mentally, it builds resilience, enhances focus, and leaves you feeling refreshed and energized. While the discomfort is temporary, the sense of strength and renewal you experience afterward lasts much longer.

  • Pippa Moss
    The one who will help you relax and focus
    Pippa will be sharing a simple breathwork session to enhance focus, and calm the mind before the ice bath. Her soothing and reassuring energy will allow you to drop into relaxation very naturally.

  • Anthony Heilmann
    The one who will challenge you a bit
    Anthony will be guiding the movement session, and encouraging you into the ice bath. He’ll be bringing a fun, challenging and playful session for everyone. It's not fitness, it's playful and meaningful movement.

Our lovely hosts for the day are Lena and Francisco.

Francisco is a very talented Ayurvedic chef. Although we won’t be sharing a full lunch on this occasion, (hopefully next time!), we will be treated to a delicious snack and refreshment. Please specify any dietary requirements when you book.
