A family friendly, playful movement session to get the day started and put a smile on your face
12h15 – 13h30 / EAT
Potluck picnic (please bring something to share and a rug to sit on)
13h30 – 14h45 / MOVE AND PLAY AGAIN!
Acro-yoga workshop for all ages. Learn how to safely base and fly, add some new party tricks to your repertoire!
– Arrive with time to spare as we will start promptly.
– Remember to bring plenty of water (there is a refill tap available).
– If you are joining for the picnic, please bring some shareable food and a rug to sit on.
