A fun filled week with so much laughter. Great to connect meaningfully with others in a beautiful setting and to practise yoga twice daily. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the vegetarian food was delicious. Well organised retreat with lots of sessions for other physical movement indoors and outdoors. Also was the opportunity for time out and relaxation. It was varied and well led by experts in their fields.

Beautifully crafted retreat with loads of yoga and lots of extra wellness activities. Fabulous venue and amazing food! The organisers were lovely and they created a safe space for everyone to develop at their own pace. This retreat was a great find, and I'll be booking again

Founded by Pippa Moss and Anthony Heilmann, Peaceful Warriors is a collective of dedicated practitioners and inspiring teachers.

Together, our approach covers several practices that involve the body, breath, heart, and mind.

Our aim is to help you live a more empowered life, full of energy with a clear mind and an open heart.
Pippa Moss
YOGA TEACHER & FREEDIVER
Pippa has been exploring movement for years, having trained as a dancer from a young age. She has deep roots and innate knowledge in movement. Pippa left her corporate job in 2014 and never looked back. An office job was not for her! Since her first yoga teacher training with Simon Low in 2015, Pippa has continued to deepen her studies at in person trainings with Dr. Paul Dallaghan, Sri O. P. Tiwari, Donna Farhi, Doug Keller, among others. She has been teaching internationally since 2018.

Pippa loves helping people to reconnect to a freedom of movement and breath using up to date scientific and anatomical principals and believes that a dedicated and sincere practice can lead to spiritual revelations and peace of mind. Her classes will lead you through an intelligently sequenced somatic practice combining traditional yoga asana alongside modern movement techniques, informed by sound anatomical knowledge and felt sense philosophy.
Anthony Heilmann
STUNTMAN & MOVEMENT COACH
Anthony is a professional stunt man, a volunteer firefighter, a Kung Fu black belt, a shiatsu masseuse, a qualified Oxygen Advantage Coach, and an all-round mover! He has a regular movement practice which includes yoga, martial arts, and natural movement. Yet none of these things define him.

Anthony is a human with deep compassion, and a passion for learning and helping others. Nature is his way, believing in power over force.

He loves to use the great outdoors as his gym and is passionate about helping you to connect movement practices to nature, challenge your limits, and have fun!
  • I experienced an exceptional retreat incl yoga and movement sessions, surrounded by beautiful nature in a beautiful venue and with outstanding catering. Professional and very skilled facilitators who kindly took care of us... for me it was an overall joyful event where I could rediscover my body in many ways and give my soul new peace.   • Had a fabulous week here in the Pyrenees with Pippa, Anthony, Veronique, Jo and a great group of people with a varied program of yoga, movement, breathing, gong relaxation etc.Great accommodation and food in lovely surroundings. After cold water immersions bio pool swims and out of our comfort zone activities Rejuvenated!

  • I had the most amazing time with Peaceful Warriors on the retreat. I was invited to be a guest (movement) teacher and was treated with care and consideration. We had a great time doing yoga, outdoor adventures, guitar by the fire, sound baths, dipping in the river and pool. I felt there was good balance between free time and activities. The accommodation was beautiful and the whole place stunning. The food was more than ample and delicious too, i couldn't finish my plate most days for being too full! All in all i felt Pippa and Anthony created a harmonious environment and if i don't go back a s a teacher i'll certainly go back a as a participant. The sense of community and friendship that was felt there so so nourishing for the soul! xx

  • After attending your Winter wellness retreat, I really felt a very good vibe within and from all the team, and in my opinion for this kind of events where we are looking to re-balance our body and mind and recover our energy that is paramount, which you can't explain in words but just feel. I have really enjoyed how the day was planned and all the activities were really great and powerful, all delivered with an excellent quality and dedication. The venue was perfectly chosen to give us a full experience. I would recommended to any friend your events and I am looking forward to attend again.

  • Absolutely excellent yoga and movement retreat in France. Really enjoyed my time in the gorgeous Mas Vilalte villa and surroundings, with delicious vegetarian food to keep us energized for the 6 days of yoga, movement, cold water immersions and relaxation time. Would definitely return!

  • Hard to believe this was the first Peaceful Warriors retreat. Well-organised with a thoughtfully put together schedule meant a week of new experiences, great variety, love and fun.

    Mas Vilalte is a very special and magical place. One of the best retreats I’ve been lucky enough to experience and completely exceeded my expectations; plus I came away with some very special new friends (what a bonus)! 😊
