Retreats

Sometimes you must disconnect to reconnect. Retreats offer you time away from the daily grind and allow you hit pause. Our seasonal week-long and weekend retreats immerse you in nature and take you deeper into practices to support your overall wellbeing. It’s a supportive space that gives you time to think, to move, to play, or to just exist.

Classes & Workshops

Regular classes and extended workshops to keep you fit, healthy, strong and connected. Regular training is key to maintenance and progression. Sometimes it can be hard to stay motivated when you are alone. Come and join our community and we’ll do it together.

About Us

Founded by Pippa Moss and Anthony Heilmann in 2021, Peaceful Warriors is a collective of dedicated practitioners and inspiring teachers.

Together, our approach covers several practices that involve the body, breath, heart, and mind.

Our aim is to help you live a more empowered life, full of energy with a clear mind and an open heart.

“A fun filled week with so much laughter. Great to connect meaningfully with others in a beautiful setting and to practise yoga twice daily . The accommodation was very comfortable, and the vegetarian food was delicious. Well organised retreat with lots of sessions for other physical movement indoors and outdoors . Also was the opportunity for time out and relaxation . It was varied and well led by experts in their fields.”
